Overview
For this project, I developed a comprehensive content marketing strategy for Snappy Dog Inc., a Chicago-based business. The strategy included in-depth audience analysis, OKR development, a cross-channel content plan (SEO, social media, and email/SMS), and an integrated monthly content calendar. I also created channel-specific growth strategies, a performance measurement framework, and a contingency plan to optimize and adapt content over time. The goal was to drive brand visibility, engagement, and revenue through targeted, cohesive content marketing.
For this project, I developed a comprehensive social media marketing strategy for The Drunken Bean Coffee & Wine Bar, an emerging Chicago-based business. I crafted a full strategic foundation including audience analysis, OKRs, platform selection, and content pillars. I designed an actionable content and community engagement plan, built a real-time marketing framework for trends and crisis response, and established a measurement and optimization system to drive continuous improvement. The strategy balanced both paid and organic approaches to help the business grow its digital presence and deepen customer connections.
