Overview
As part of my professional development, I completed a Digital Marketing course that equipped me with a broad and versatile skill set. The course emphasized both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across key areas of digital marketing. I developed expertise in crafting multimodal content, applying UX and usability research, and conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform campaign decisions. My work included creating and refining a range of professional deliverables social media campaigns, digital content strategies, proposals, reports, and pitches, while exploring the ethics and rhetorical strategies behind effective digital communication. I also gained practical experience in building multimedia content, web design, web analytics, SEO, SEM, online advertising, email marketing, social media strategy, and reputation management. By the end of the course, I had developed a strong foundation to help any organization improve its digital marketing performance and drive measurable results online.
